You can also pay by
check if you have an
account with PayPal.
You will need to set
up your own account
through PayPal in
order to use these
services.
Posted 05-19-03 - In
good faith, I have
been doing readings
paid by eCheck prior
to the check
clearing. Due to
several eChecks not
clearing, and the
customers never
making good on the
payment, I will no
longer do readings
until the echeck has
cleared. It can take
up to 7 business
days for the echeck
to clear so I want
you to understand
that I will wait the
full 7 days. If this
is a problem, please
pay by credit card.
All orders for readings are
delivered via email
with seven business
days and are
not refundable.

Privacy Policy
The reading that you
are given is
personal and private
and is only for you.
Your reading is not
discussed with
anyone. I usually doesn't
remember details of
the reading after
completion as I am just a vessel for
the information to
flow through. No
information such as
email addresses etc.
are released or sold
to anyone
whatsoever. Your
reading with me will be completely
confidential.

Shipping Policy
All readings will be
sent through email.
Please make sure
that the email
address you submit
is up to date and
working properly.
Always submit an
alternative email
address in the event
that your primary
email address goes
down. No refunds
will be given due to
email addresses that
don't work.

Return Policy
Refunds are not
given once the
reading has been
completed. This is
completely
understandable as
there will be people
who want a reading
and will then say
that they didn't
believe it or that
that the reading
wasn't applicable to
them just so they
can get it for free.
It takes effort,
concentration and
time on my part to do a reading
and to get it to the
person requesting
it. Credit card
refunds, cash
refunds, or money
order refunds will
not be issued on a
completed reading.
Refunds will not be
given if you do not
receive your reading
because your email
isn't working -
instead they will be
resent to a working
email address that
you provide. That's
why additional email
addresses are
requested several
times to make sure
the reading can be
delivered to you.
I am VERY
UPFRONT about her no
refund policy.

All terms of this

making the request
and subsequently
referred to as "you"

and accept the terms
of this agreement.

below, you agree to
the following terms
and are legally
bound to them:
In offering
intuitive readings to the
public Melissa
Alvarez will not
read for the
following:
1. other people
without express
written permission
from that person and
a return of this
agreement and a
reading request form
by the individual(s)
to be read.
2. minors or
otherwise
incompetent
individuals, even if
requested by their
legal guardians
and/or parent(s).
3. medical, health,
psychological or
psychiatric care or
related issues or
situations. If you
are in need of
medical, health,
psychological or
psychiatric care
assistance or
consultation, then
Melissa Alvarez
advises you to seek
out a licensed
medical professional
for proper
consultation and
care.
The intuitive readings
provided by Melissa
Alvarez should never
be used as a
substitute for
seeking professional
care or assistance
therefore do not use
the impressions
given to you during
Melissa Alvarez's
reading to replace
any advice that has
been given to you by
a medical
professional. Anyone
who is obtaining
such professional
medical help should
continue to do so.
You also agree as
with any information
you receive from any
source, you alone
hold the power of
decision-making and
are totally and
completely
responsible for
making decisions
that affect your
life and the outcome

to give you an
accurate reading and
that you understand
that she will tell
you up front that no
intuitive is 100%
accurate and you
accept that some
information received
may not seem to
apply at this time
but could apply to

agreement form, you
agree and verify
that you:
1) have voluntarily
decided to
participate in this
reading;
2) are at least 18
years of age, and
have not been
declared
incompetent;
3) have requested a
reading from Melissa
Alvarez of your own
free will;
4) understand your
reading is not and
cannot be used as a
substitute for any
type of medical,
health,
psychological,
psychiatric, or
professional
counseling, therapy
or treatment;
5) understand and
agree that it is
your responsibility
to decide whether or
not you require
professional
counseling or
medical treatment
and should you
require such
services to seek
them on your own as
needed;
6) understand the
reading is purely
for entertainment
purposes only;
7) understand that
no clairvoyant,
intuitive, medium etc
is 100% accurate and
there may be some
things in the
reading that do not
seem to apply right
now but could apply
at a future date or
may be inaccurate;
8) are voluntarily
participating in the
reading and are
accepting complete
responsibility for
your own medical,
health, mental,
emotional,
psychological,
spiritual and bodily
well-being;
9) do on behalf of
yourself, your
assigns, heirs,
executors,
guardians, and all
other legal
representatives,
hereby release,
discharge, waive,
and forever
relinquish Melissa
Alvarez, including
her agents,
employees, officers,
directors,
employers, and any
other person
associated with
Melissa Alvarez,
from any and all
known or unknown
claims resulting
from, arising out of
or in any way
connected with
information you may
or may not receive
during your
voluntary
participation in a
reading with Melissa
Alvarez and further
agree that under no
circumstance(s) will
you, or any other
person associated
with you as a result
of your reading
attempt to present
any claims against,
prosecute, sue, seek
to attach any lien
for any purpose
including
satisfaction of a
judgment or other
judicial decree, to
the property to the
property of Melissa
Alvarez and her
heirs, and you
hereby waive all
claims, demands,
compensation, and
all actions that
you, anyone
associated with you
or any other
participant in the
reading currently or
hereafter may have
for any injuries or
perceived injuries
or perceived or real
losses you may
suffer or believe to
suffer because of or
during your
participation or
involvement in a
reading resulting
from any actions,
statements, answers
to questions or
omissions made by
Melissa Alvarez or
any person
associated with
Melissa Alvarez;
10) understand and
agree that in the
event any claim for
damages shall be
brought or
prosecuted against
Melissa Alvarez or
any person
associated with
Melissa Alvarez as a
result of your
actions, omissions,
or other act, that
you and/or your
estate shall
indemnify and hold
harmless Melissa
Alvarez and all
persons associated
with Melissa Alvarez
from any and all
claims, actions or
damages, legal and
otherwise, made by
you or anyone
associated with you
including the cost
and expense
associated with
defending such
actions or claims;
11) understand that
all information
provided to you
during your reading
is considered
confidential and
shall not be
disclosed except as
required by law;
12) agree that
Melissa can use
portions of any
feedback sent to her
after the reading as
a testimonial using
first name only and
state/country and
without revealing
any specific
information about
the reading in order
to protect the
privacy of those she
reads for.
13) have read this
agreement and fully
understand the legal
consequences of
remitting this
agreement by
clicking "Accept"
below or by sending
a copy to Melissa
Alvarez by
electronic email or
website form or a
copy sent by U.S.
post or other
non-electronic mail
carrier by and in
your own handwriting
represents accepting
and agreeing to all
the conditions
stated within this
agreement document
and includes a
release of all
possible liability
of Melissa Alvarez
and between yourself
with Melissa Alvarez
and between Melissa
Alvarez and any
other possible third
parties;
14) are signing (or
submitting
electronically by
clicking "Accept"
below which
constitutes an
electronic signature
and is as binding as
a physical
signature) this
agreement,
disclaimer,
liability release,
and confidentiality
agreement form by
your own free will
while fully
comprehending what
you are doing and
the result and
consequences of your
actions.
